The King Copper Waterfront Motel is front and center on the Lake Superior waterfront in Copper Harbor in the Keweenaw Peninsula with the largest, most breathtaking views of the beautiful harbor. Each room includes queen or king beds, Dish satellite TV or a smart TV, full bath, refrigerator, and ice. Fold up extra beds are available for an additional charge upon request.
There is a beach that is great for taking a dip in the lake, catching fresh fish or setting kayaks/canoes out to sea. There are two docks on the waterfront for watching a morning sunrise or casting a line. Ask us about docking your boat during your stay.
We are a smoke free motel.
We are open from May thru mid-October annually.
The view is wonderful; we sit for hours watching the water and the freighters. Even the gulls on the docks are enjoyable to watch.
